High Amylose White Rice A1 (Broken) for making rice noodles and vermicelli.
We separate 3 different types of very high amylose paddy from farmers and store it in warehouses for 15 months before milling. Our broken rice are excellent thickener, water binder, and high gel strength, which gives it opaque appearance and high stability. It is suitable for making rice vermicelli, be-fun rice noodles, pho rice noodle soup, rice ramen, rice pasta, silver needle noodles, lai fun, shahe fen, white rice flour and starch.
We also promoted organic farming without using chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers and store organic paddy in a separate warehouse.
Our rice mill is certified with universal standards; ISO9001:2015, GHPs, HACCP, and Thai FDA.
